Timeline

All items are one of a kind. Each is carefully made by hand and heat pressed with a professional heat press and this takes time. Most apparel orders are generally finished within 2.5 to 3 weeks from the time the order is finalized and payment is made. Most slide charm items are ready within 3-5 days of purchase. Please allow enough time if you need to have your order completed by a certain date. If you would like to expedite your order, please ask for the RUSH fee.

Online Sales

Snazz It Up Designs accepts orders in person and online. Online orders will be processed through an invoice system sent from PayPal so you can double check your order before payment. All sales within or shipped to the state of California are subject to 8.0% CA Sales tax.

If you prefer, some of our items are also available online through our Etsy shop: Snazz It Up Designs on Etsy
We can put any of the items you wish to purchase into our Etsy shop if you would prefer to purchase them there.

Payment Methods

For online orders, all major Credit Cards are accepted for payment through the PayPal system (no PayPal account required) or by direct payment from a PayPal account. This keeps your credit card and bank information secure and encrypted. Cash and Personal Checks accepted in person only. Any orders paid by Personal Check will ship after payment is cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $30 returned check fee.

Shipping

If you would like your order shipped, we can help! Most orders are sent by USPS First Class mail. Priority shipping upgrade available. Rush orders can be sent by USPS Express Mail for an additional charge.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for defective merchandise or a mistake made by Snazz It Up Designs. Please order carefully as these are custom items and they cannot be returned. We will gladly help for sizing information to help get the right fit the first time since items cannot be returned for wrong size purchases. We have sample shirts available for try on, or sets of measurements (of washed shirts) to help you pick the right size and fit.

Loose rhinestones and other small objects represent a choking hazard to children and pets. Do not allow children or pets access to these items.

LEAD WARNING:
Although we carry rhinestones that comply with CA lead standards, crystal rhinestones from some suppliers may contain LEAD. Do not allow children to place rhinestones in or near their mouths. Handle all crystal rhinestones with care and inspect for chips or breakage before each wearing. Broken crystals may cause cuts, scratches or other injury. Loose crystals that are small enough to be swallowed may represent a choking hazard to children and pets. Do not allow children or pets to play with rhinestones.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - PROPOSITION 65 WARNING:
Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or reproductive harm.
